"For a couple of years, I had a studio set up in a room in Hart Street Studios in Edinburgh. I loved going to work away from the house. It was a creative time for me with no distractions and I just got on with the work. Sadly the lease expired and I now have a purpose built studio in the garage. This is OK but not ideal. But you have to like my carpet, hey?"

"My studio was set up mainly for my own use, but I find myself recording and producing for other local artists. A lot of time is now taken up with sessions around Scotland and local singer/songwriters who enjoy the use of my studio and the input from me. However, I'm looking forward to finding the to time continue the work on my own songs and plan to finish my own album this year.
